Clients can pay for Crafting History sessions online using a credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when they book childen into a session.

At Crafting History, we understand that plans can change. If you cancel your tutoring session more than 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made between 48 and 12 hours before the session, you cannot receive a refund but may reschedule the session for another convenient time if there is availability Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. This policy ensures we can maintain a high-quality, reliable service while accommodating your scheduling needs whenever possible.
